How we roast

Green coffee comes in through two importers who publish farm-gate prices, so we can tell you what a grower was paid. We keep three origins on the bar and rotate them as bags run down.

Roasting happens on a 12 kg drum two mornings a week, in batches of 20 to 40 pounds. Every batch is cupped before it goes on the shelf, and we pull each bag after ten days on retail.

Ordering is a counter and a board. Point at what you want, tell us hot or iced, and we grind whole-bean bags to your brew method at no charge.
